On March 28, 2022, petitioner electronically filed a document as a Petition to commence the above-docketed matter. However, petitioner thereafter informally contacted the Court to advise that the document had been filed in error, and that petitioner had been attempting to file the document in the case at Docket No. 36764-21. In view of the foregoing, this case is a duplicate of the case at Docket No. 36764-21 and will be closed on that ground.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 6344-22S is closed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 36764-21. 1
