MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant Robert Harris's brief was originally due on November 25, 2005. On December 12, 2005, appellant filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file his brief, which this Court granted until January 8, 2006. Appellant failed to file a brief by the deadline. The Court sent appellant a letter, dated January 24, 2006, directing him to file a brief within ten days. We further warned that if he failed to comply, his appeal would be subject to dismissal. To date, appellant has not filed a brief. Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b).
