ORDER ACCEPTING, FINDINGS CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS


After reviewing the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge on Defendants Douglas D. Haloftis and Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint, filed May 15, 2001, for plain error, I am of the opinion that the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED.
