ORDER

On December 6, 2023, appellants, Harris County and Harris County District Attorney's Office (collectively, "appellants"), filed an Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to file Appellants' Brief. In their motion, appellants request an extension of time until January 17, 2024 to file their brief.

At the time of filing of the motion, appellants' brief was not yet due. The reporter's record was filed on December 22, 2023, making appellants' brief due on January 11, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a) (appellant's brief is due twenty days after the later of the date the clerk's record is filed or the date the reporter's record is filed).

Appellants' motion is granted. Appellants' brief is due on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
