ORDER

On May 10, 2024, the Clerk's Record was filed. Among the items in the Clerk's Record is Harris County's Plea to the Jurisdiction and, in the Alternative, Harris County's No-Evidence and Traditional Hybrid Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on March 18, 2024. According to the filed Plea and Motion, a USB drive containing a video identified as Exhibit 1-A was "submitted to the Trial Court Clerk via certified mail, return receipt requested" that same day.The Clerk's Record filed in this Court did not include the USB drive.

Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(f) concerns original documents and provides that on any parties' motion, or on its own initiative, this Court may direct the trial court clerk to send it any original documents. Tex.R.App.P. 34.5(f). Pursuant to Rule 34.5(f), the trial court clerk is directed to file in this Court the USB flash drive attached as Exhibit 1A to Harris County's Plea and Motion filed on March 18, 2024. The flash drive must be filed in a First Supplemental Clerk's Record within seven days of the date of this order.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to cooperate with the trial court clerk, as appropriate, to provide for the safekeeping, transportation, and return of the original exhibit.
It is so ORDERED.
