NOW THEREFORE, the Report and Recommendation (ECF No.22) is hereby adopted as the opinion of the Court.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:

Plaintiff's Application for Attorneys' Fees and Costs Under the Equal Access to Justice Act (ECF No. 19) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is awarded $6,886.25 pursuant to the EAJA. Said award shall be paid directly to plaintiff. Date: January 20, 2021
