MEMORANDUM OPINION

The clerk's record in this appeal was due on January 31, 2003. On January 13, 2003, this court received notice from the trial court clerk that appellant was not entitled to the record on appeal without paying the clerk's record fee and that appellant had failed to pay the clerk's record fee. On March 19, 2003, we ordered appellant to provide written proof that the clerk's fees had been paid, that arrangements had been made to pay the clerk's fees, or that appellant was entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee. Appellant did not respond. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
