On March 15, 2024, appellant filed motions requesting a copy of the September 27, 2021 reporter's record and a copy of the clerk's record.
The reporter's record from the September 27, 2021 hearing is not included within this appellate cause number, but it was included in appellate cause number 01-21-00666-CV. The Clerk of this Court is instructed to transfer the reporter's record from the September 27, 2021 hearing from appellate cause number 01-21-00666-CV to 01-24-00181-CV.
Further, the Clerk of this Court is directed to send appellant a copy of the September 27, 2021 reporter's record. Because appellant will receive the September 27, 2021 reporter's record from the Clerk, appellant's March 15, 2024 motion requesting a copy of the reporter's record is dismissed as moot
Finally, the Clerk of this Court previously forwarded the clerk's record to appellant on April 4 and May 23, 2024. Accordingly, we deny appellant's motion requesting the clerk's record as moot.
