PER CURIAM

The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal as to appellant David Urman only. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). Appellant Urman and appellee Wellbeing Genomics Pty Ltd. have entered into a settlement agreeing to the dismissal of Urman from the case. See id. R. 42.1(a)(2). Therefore, we grant the joint motion and dismiss the appeal as to David Urman only.

It is ordered on August 25, 2017. Before Justices Puryear, Field, and Bourland
