CHRISTOPHER K. HARPER & CAROL G. HARPER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On July 2, 2024, the Court issued an Order directing petitioners Christopher K. Harper and Carol G. Harper to show cause in writing why the Court should not issue an Order directing the small tax case designation to be removed in this case. On July 23, 2024, the Harpers filed their response with the Court. In light of the response, the Court will allow the parties 30 days to confer and file a joint status report on this matter.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) with the Court.
