ORDER

This case was set for trial at the Court's session in Washington, D.C., beginning May 8, 2023. However, the Commissioner filed a status report, informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and that they need additional time to prepare a proposed stipulated decision. We appreciate the work of the parties. It is

ORDERED, on the Court's own motion, that this case is continued from the calendar of the upcoming session beginning May 8, 2023, and will not be called at that session. However, it is further

ORDERED that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction over this case; and it is further

ORDERED that, no later than June 9, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or another appropriate filing.
