This case was previously calendared for trial at the Court's May 2, 2022, San Diego, California, trial session. By Order issued April 26, 2022, this case was stricken from the May 2, 2022, San Diego, California, session of the Court, continued and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.

On August 18, 2022, the parties filed a Status Report.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
