The applicant, Brookshire Grocery Company, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's July 25, 2023, denial of its Motion to Transfer the underlying proceeding to the Fourth Judicial District Court, Ouachita Parish, for the purpose of obtaining a civil jury trial pursuant to La. C.C.P. arts. 4872 and 4873. On the showing made, we decline to exercise this Court's supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ is hereby denied.
