ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 15, 2023, petitioner electronically filed two documents, designating them as a First Amended Petition and a Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition. On the same date, petitioner also electronically lodged a third document, designating it as a First Amended Petition. Upon review of these three submissions, the Court notes that there appears to be no difference between any of the underlying documents. Each consists of a motion for leave to file an amended petition and a copy of the amended petition that petitioners seek leave to file. There is no objection to the granting of the motion.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' First Amended Petition, filed June 15, 2023, at Docket Index No. 8 is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition, filed June 15, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy pages 7 through 25 of the First Amended Petition, lodged June 15, 2023, at Docket Index No. 10 and shall file those pages, as of the date of service of this Order, as petitioners' First Amended Petition.
