On January 5, 2024, a Petition was filed to commence this case. On January 8, 2024, in accordance with Rule 27(h), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, petitioner filed a redacted Petition in which references to petitioner's taxpayer identification number in the notice of determination concerning collection action attached to the Petition have been eliminated.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the unredacted Petition, filed January 5, 2024, is sealed from public view and shall be retained in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
