Upon due consideration of the parties' Joint Status Report, filed June 11, 2024, it is
ORDERED that these cases are calendared for trial at the two-week Special Session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, September 8, 2025, in Room 1201, Timberlake Federal Annex, 501 East Polk Street, Tampa, Florida 33602. It is further
ORDERED that the Court adopts the parties' proposed pretrial schedule contained in their above-referenced Joint Status Report with the exception of paragraph 18.
