On April 28, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication on the ground this case is a duplicate of the case at Docket No. 2695-23. On May 4, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction at Docket No. 2695-23.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication is granted and this case is dismissed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 2695-23.
