ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 60(B)
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b). The Court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment by Order dated December 7, 2000, and the clerk entered judgment in favor of defendants on the same date. Based on the files, records and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs' Motion for Relief from Judgment Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) [Docket No. 27] is DENIED for the reasons stated in the Court's Order denying the identical motion plaintiffs filed in Harley v. Minnesota Mining Mfg. Co., Civil No. 4-96-488.
