The parties have filed a joint motion to lift our mediation order and reinstate the appeal after an unsuccessful mediation. We grant the motion and withdraw our Mediation Order dated August 22, 2024. Although the parties previously filed their respective briefs in 2021, the Court requests amended briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.7.
Appellant's amended brief is ORDERED to be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a).
Appellee's amended brief is ORDERED to be filed within 30 days of the filing of appellant's brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b).
Appellant's amended reply brief is ORDERED to be filed within 20 days of the filing of appellee's amended brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(c).
