ORDER

This case is currently set for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session. On November 15, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 7) informing the Court that a separate notice of deficiency was issued for petitioner's 2017 taxable year, and docket No. 20356-19 disposed of all issues related to petitioner's 2017 taxable year. The Status Report further advises that the parties have reached an agreement on all issues in this case for petitioner's 2016 taxable year. Counsel for respondent requests additional time to obtain and submit a signed decision document. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 03, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.

The parties are reminded that the case remains calendared for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session.
