M.P. No. 1452.

August 16, 1971.

Petition for a writ of mandamus to have Superior Court furnish him with a transcript of the trial held in connection with Indictment No. 70-298. The trial justice, having heretofore ordered that petitioner be furnished with such a transcript, instant petition denied pro forma.

However, to the end that petitioner shall receive the transcript as expeditiously as possible, his petition and all papers relating thereto are ordered referred to Superior Court for appropriate action.
