CYNTHIA HARDY, Personal Representative of the Estate of MARGARET MARIE ROUSH, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. LAURELS OF CARSON CITY, L.L.C., Defendant-Appellant.

Order

150882(46) Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Stephen J. Markman Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein Joan L. Larsen, Justices COA: 317406
Montcalm CC: 2012-016830-CZ

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan for leave to file an amicus curiae brief is unnecessary in light of this Court's order of September 18, 2015, inviting that organization to file such a brief. That part of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section's motion seeking an extension to file the amicus brief is GRANTED IN PART. The amicus brief is due within 42 days of the date of this order, not 77 days as requested.

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
