ORDER SETTING A DATE FOR FILING DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS

JEREMY D. PETERSON, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The court previously set this case for a settlement conference on May 6, 2021 and vacated the scheduling order's deadline for filing dispositive motions. ECF No. 129. The parties were notified that if a settlement was not reached at the settlement conference, a new deadline for filing dispositive motions would be set. Id. at 3. At the May 6 settlement conference, the parties were unable to reach a settlement agreement. ECF No. 132.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that all dispositive motions shall be filed by no later than July 9, 2021.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
