ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Spencer N. Harding, III, appeals the Clay County Circuit Court judgment denying an amended Rule 29.15 motion. He challenges the motion court’s determination that trial counsel was not ineffective for failing to object to the admission of certain evidence during the bench trial. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
