In an action to recover damages for conversion of collateral, deposited with the defendant bank by plaintiff as security for a loan evidenced by a promissory note, a judgment in favor of plaintiff was entered upon the decision of an official referee. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
