This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court to commence at Dallas, Texas on December 5, 2022.

On October 26, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 9) which did not address the accuracy-related penalty pursuant to I.R.C. § 6662(a). The Court is therefore unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision. On October 28, 2022, the parties submitted a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 10) which the Court intends to enter in due course.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 9), filed October 26, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
