This case is on the calendar of the Court's February 26, 2024, trial session in New York City, New York. On January 5, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (Doc. 11). Respondent informed the Court of the deaths of petitioner Barbara L. Hardin and petitioner's counsel, Marcia Suarez. Respondent requests a continuance of trial so that respondent can attempt to determine and identify any heirs-at-law. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Marcia Suarez is hereby withdrawn as counsel of record for petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is stricken from trial at the aforementioned session and continued generally.
