Summary Dispositions December 22, 1998.

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the decision of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission and of the magistrate is vacated and the case is remanded to the magistrate for a new hearing. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Under the circumstances of this case, it was an abuse of discretion for the magistrate to dismiss the petition. Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals No. 207161.
