PRESENT: , P.J., SMITH, FAHEY, SCONIERS, AND VALENTINO, JJ.

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Chautauqua on July 11, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kara M. Addelman, Esq., sworn to June 25, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 4, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 27, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 17, 2013, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 4, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 12, 2013, and inserting in its place the date August 1, 2013.
