This case is calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing October 31, 2016, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

On October 12, 2016, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy. It appears that on September 23, 2016, petitioner filed a bankruptcy petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Louisiana under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 13, after commencing the above-docketed case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the October 31, 2016, New Orleans, Louisiana Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a)(8), all proceedings herein are automatically stayed. It is further

ORDERED that although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before April 11, 2017, file with the Court written reports as to the then present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding.
