ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant Harbor America Central, Inc. ("Harbor") has filed a petition for permissive appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate 28.3(a). The order from which appellant intends to appeal was signed April 28, 2022. Appellant timely filed a motion for extension of time to file its petition on May 13, 2022, seeking an extension to May 28, 2022. Appellant's motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Appellant's petition for permissive appeal was thus timely filed on May 23, 2022.

Pursuant to section 51.014(d) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and Rule 28.3 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, the petition for permissive appeal filed by Harbor is GRANTED. Accordingly, Harbor may immediately appeal the trial court's April 28, 2022 Order on Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Permitting Interlocutory Appeal. Harbor's notice of appeal is deemed to have been filed on the date of this order, and the appeal will proceed as an accelerated appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 28.3(K).

The clerk's record has been filed. The reporter's record is due July 18, 2022. Id. R. 35.1(b). Harbor has listed four separate court reporters as being responsible for preparing the reporter's record in this appeal. Harbor is instructed to promptly designate and pay, or make arrangements to pay, the fees for preparation of the reporter's record. See id. R. 35.3(b)(2)(3).

We further ORDER the clerk of this court to file a copy of this order with the District Clerk of Bexar County, Texas. See id. R. APP. P. 28.3(K).

It is so ORDERED.
