JUDGMENTS, § 6effect of consent decree. Where parties to cause have consented to entry of decree, they are bound thereby, and where such decree is sanctioned by court, it has same force and effect as judgment or decree entered after contest, unless consent of complaining party was procured by fraud.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of LaSalle county; the Hon. FRANK H. HAYES, Judge, presiding.
