HANXIONG WU & YUAN LIAO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

EUNKYONG CHOI SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

On May 16, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index #8. After review, the Court noted a discrepancy between the signature of petitioner Hanxiong Wu on his petition filed May 15, 2021, and his signature on the Proposed Stipulated Decision. It appeared that the petition was signed in English and the Proposed Stipulated Decision signature was signed in Chinese. The signatures, though they may mean the same thing, did not match. . On June 17, 2022, the Court Served an Order on the parties instructing them to on or before July 18, 2022, submit to the Court a corrected stipulated decision document where petitioner's signatures match those in the petition filed May 15, 2021. On July 14, 2022, the parties filed another Proposed Stipulated Decision in which the signatures matched.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed May 16, 2022, at Index #8 is erroneous and stricken from the Court's record in this case.
