MICHAEL DEREK HANSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 219th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 219-81585-2015

ORDER

At the Court's direction, appellant has filed a jurisdictional brief in this case. Appellant contends appellant's competency to enter his plea agreement and waive his right to appeal on the date of the revocation hearing is the only issue preventing dismissal of the appeal.

The Court ORDERS Official Court Reporter Indu Bailey to file, within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order, the reporter's record of the revocation hearing conducted on or about December 15, 2016. After the reporter's record of the revocation hearing has been filed, the Court will complete its jurisdictional review and either dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction or else notify the parties that the Court has jurisdiction and set a due date for appellant's brief.
