On April 12, 2021, petitioners filed a motion for order to show cause why proposed facts and evidence set forth should not be accepted as established.
On September 20, 2021, respondent filed a "response to order that time is extended to 9-20-21 to file a response". We will recharacterize this as respondent's response to petitioners' 91(f) motion.
On September 25, 2021, petitioners filed a "reply to response to order that time is extended to 9-20-21 to file a response". We will recharacterize this as petitioners' reply to respondent's response to petitioners' 91(f) motion.
We will set this case for status hearing during the Court's November 29, 2021 remote Los Angeles, California Trial Session.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's September 20, 2021 filing is recharacterized as respondent's response to petitioners' 91(f) motion. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' September 25, 2021 filing is recharacterized as petitioners' reply to respondent's response to petitioners' 91(f) motion.
