Action to recover damages for breach of contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendants filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was referred to Hon. Frank S. Meadow, state trial referee; judgment for the plaintiffs, in part, on first count of the complaint and on the counterclaim, from which the plaintiffs appealed and the defendants cross-appealed to this court. Affirmed.
