MINUTE ORDER FROM CHAMBERS DENYING MOTION TO ACCEPT LATE FILING

Before the Court is Plaintiff with a Motion to Accept Late Filing (Docket No. 216). Defendants adamantly oppose the motion.See Clerk's Docket Nos. 217 220. In particular, Defendants argue,

Plaintiffs have abused the system for three years, by either failing to file timely opposition to summary judgment motions or, when extensions of time were granted, filing no opposition and then moving for reconsideration after the unopposed motion was [granted].

Clerk's Docket No. 217 at 4 (citation omitted). The Court concurs.

Plaintiff's counsel has presented the Court with no good cause for an extension of time. As a result, Plaintiff's Motion to Accept Late Filing (Docket No. 216) is hereby DENIED.
