PROCEEDINGS: MINUTE ORDER FROM CHAMBERS GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT


Before the Court are Defendants South Peninsula Mental Health Association d/b/a Homer Community Mental Health Center, Greg Fries, and Dr. Charles Burgess (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Defendants") with an unopposed Motion for Summary Judgment. Clerk's Docket No. 202. Defendants request all allegations in the Third Amended Complaint, made against them by Plaintiffs Stephan Hansell, et al., be dismissed with prejudice. For reasons more carefully articulated therein, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 202) is hereby GRANTED.
