       IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion filed herein on March 27, 1997, as amended by order dated April 10, 1997, is further amended by addition of the following language on page 6, [First Column, last paragraph, line 5 of 933 P.2d at 430] at the end of the last paragraph:

       Mr. Hanratty is entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees on appeal under RCW 50.32.160.
