MECHANICS' LIENS, § 183 — sufficiency of evidence of right to lien. Evidence sustained decree of chancellor approving findings of the master that plaintiff was entitled to mechanic's lien, on ground that notice of the lien was filed within four months and suit was brought within two years after completion of work under contract for remodeling of building, as against defendant's contention that work on which plaintiff relied in computing time was not included in the original contract.
