Opinion

No. 84-2193.

December 17, 1985.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Jon I. Gordon, Judge.

Lawrence Daniels and Adam Lawrence, Miami, for appellant.

Ress, Gomez, Rosenberg Howland and Sheldon Rosenberg, North Miami, for appellee.

REVISED OPINION

We reverse the final summary judgment foreclosing a mechanic's lien and awarding attorney's fees and costs upon a holding that this record does not conclusively demonstrate the absence of genuine issues of material fact. See Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla. 1966).

Reversed and remanded.
