Hanna v. American Int'l Land Corp.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Dec 8, 1971
255 So. 2d 558 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1971)

Opinion

No. 71-393.

December 8, 1971.

Appeal from the Circuit Court, Lee County, Archie M. Odom, J.

Guralnick Gellman, Miami, for appellant.

Eugene Tannenbaum, of Law Office of Leo Greenfield, Coral Gables, for appellee.

Appellant files this interlocutory appeal seeking review of an interlocutory order entered in a breach of contract action in which appellant prayed for compensatory and punitive damages. This action being one at law, the appellate rules do not provide for the review of the interlocutory order.

For the foregoing reason the interlocutory appeal is dismissed.

LILES, A.C.J., and HOBSON and MANN, JJ., concur.
