Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

On September 20, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, NY on October 11, 2022. Petitioner appeared and made an oral motion for continuance, to which respondent's counsel objected. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 14, 2022, file with the Court a proposed stipulated decision or status report (joint or separate) as to the then-present status of this case.
