This case was settled in June 2002. The Court, however, is in receipt of a letter from plaintiff, dated September 23, 2002, stating that he has not yet been paid the agreed amount.

Defendants shall show cause, on or before October 14, 2002, why they should not be directed to pay plaintiff the agreed settlement amount forthwith.
