ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On January 19, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action for the Taxable Year 2020, a Notice of Final Determination for Disallowance of Interest Abatement Claim for the Taxable Year 2020, and a Notice of Determination Concerning Relief from Joint and Several Liability Under Section 6015 for the Taxable Year 2020, and to Strike.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 15, 2024, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced Motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that Motion.
