MEMORANDUM ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellant Monica Hankins appeals from the trial court's January 30, 2024 amended final judgment in her lawsuit against appellees Arnold Brown d/b/a Arnold Brown Construction Company and Embry Carter d/b/a WC Roofing. Hankins has filed a motion to dismiss her appeal against one appellee, Arnold Brown d/b/a Arnold Brown Construction Company. No response was filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.3(a).
The Court grants the motion and dismisses Hankins' appeal of the portion of the January 30, 2024 judgment in favor of Arnold Brown d/b/a Arnold Brown Construction Company. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), (b). Hankins' appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of appellee Embry Carter d/b/a WC Roofing remains pending. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(b).
Appellee Embry Carter d/b/a WC Roofing's brief in response to appellant's brief is due within 30 days of the date of this order.
