Appeal, No. 182, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Schuylkill County, Oct. T., 1969, Docket 85, page 304, and General Docket 40, page 30, in case of estate of Reverend Joseph Haniak, deceased. Appeal quashed as interlocutory and matter remanded to court below for disposition.
Petition by claimant for repayment of residue of estate held in State Treasury. Before BOWE, JR., P. J.
Opinion and decree filed dismissing petition and citation issued upon the Attorney General. Claimant appealed.

The appeal is quashed as interlocutory and the matter is remanded to the court below for disposition of the exceptions filed on behalf of Sofia Haniak. The attention of the parties is directed to our recent decision in Demczuk Estate, 444 Pa. 212, 282 A.2d 700 (1971). Costs on the estate.
