Order of the County Court of Nassau county, granting, on reargument, plaintiff's motion to set aside the verdict in favor of defendant, vacating the judgment entered thereon and ordering a new trial on the minutes and on the exceptions taken at the trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
