MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HAIGHT, District Judge:

Having considered the recent correspondence of counsel, the Court denies the application of the plaintiff class for an order directing the posting on the Court's website of defendants' submission in support of their application for modification of the consent decree entered in the captioned case.
