ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

By Order dated January 11, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioners have failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) is extended to July 1, 2021. If no Amended Petition and/or filing fee are received by July 1, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
